  Many families have started their journey to Lakeshore on Trailer Park Path. The moment they have enough saved up, they are quick to move out.  Starter Circle is a close-knit community of small 2 bedroom, 1 bath starter homes.  Paper-thin walls means that everyone knows their neighbors REALLy well!  Families with more income to spare move to Middling Lane.  These 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths are perfect for raising a large family in comfort.   For those that want to live in a little bit of a different suburb, we have the West Lakeshore homes.  A little taste of beach views.  Palmetto Pool - Coming Soon An elite neighborhood with lavish homes is located on the ridge above.  A Colonial Blvd address screams that you've made it.  Colonial Putting Green and Colonial Retreat - Coming Soon. BUILD A CITY CHALLENGE BACC Rules Back in November 2020, I decided to start a BACC and play at a leisurely pace, not worrying about taking pictures or blogging it.  Boy, do I regret that decision because this has grown into one of my favorite towns ever!  This burgeoning city began with 1 single person, a long set of BACC rules, a spreadsheet and a love of Sims!  (and to be honest, a love of spreadsheets, too!)
